Highly expected review released

The Slovak National Gallery has presented the review of Slovak sculptures, statues, objects and installations in the years 1945-2015. Its author Katarína Bajcurová defines the changes in thinking of Slovak sculptors with regards to changing systems. At the same time she confronts the local situation to abroad and points out the merit of individual personalities in the specific historical time. Besides this highly expected review, the Slovak National Gallery has also released the third issue of its annual magazine entitled 365°. The 200 pages soft back brochure introduces the latest happenings in Slovak as well as foreign visual art scene, presenting the youngest generation of artists as well as the key exhibitions of the past year among other information.
