Košice hosts the Art Film Fest until June 24 in the east of Slovakia. It is the longest run film festival in Slovakia that was established in the spa town of Trenčianske Teplice in the western part of the country. There you can see another international film festival named Park Film Fest that starts June 23 and will last until June 26. Being set up as the revolt against moving the Art Film Fest away from Trenčianske Teplice, it is now a unique competition of female directors' films presenting, among others, the French actress and director Julie Delpy's canibalistic horror Raw, the latest Cannes film festival sensation.
