Anasoft litera winner of 2017

The Anasoft litera award, the prize for the Slovak original fiction book of the year, was handed over to Ondrej Štefánik on Tuesday, the 19th September. The novel Som Paula or Me, Paula, when translated into English, was chosen by the 5-member expert jury out of the 227 entries. "The realistic story of a family drama serves as the diagnosis of our era," reads the Anasoft litera website. The ambition of this top credited national prize is to increase the knowledge of the original literature, motivate authors, inform readers and support publishers, booksellers and librarians in their work.
