Fundamental Rights Agency: Migrants must be assessed on an individual basis

11. 04. 2016 18:00

EU's Fundamental Rights Agency, an advisory body, raised a few warning flags too for example when it comes to the proposal for EU's common list of safe countries of origin or the situation of the unaccompanied minors. Anca Dragu spoke about these concerns with Michal Nespor, one of the drafters of the Agency's opinion on the safe countries of origin proposal.
