Police shut down and evacuated the Secondary Vocational School of Trade and Services in Trenčín at 09:00 this morning, following an anonymous phone call to police which stated there was a bomb on the premises. After a thorough investigation, however, pyrotechnic inspectors came up empty. This was reported by the spokesperson for the regional police department, Pavol Kudlička. If the person behind the hoax is identified, he or she may face between one to five years in prison, as the bomb threat is a criminal offence, said Kudlička.
