Interior Minister Robert Kaliňák has been requested to inform Parliament concerning the use of the ministry's aircraft by senior state officials. This follows a proposal to this effect that was submitted by governing Smer-SD party MP Martin Nemky and endorsed by 128 legislators. "According to reports on Aktualne.sk and in the Pravda daily, the president [Andrej Kiska] is using state aircraft for trips that aren't always working trips. Further to this, I'm requesting that this should be reviewed and that a report on [the use of the aircraft by] the president and other top officials should then be presented to Parliament," said Nemky.
