The families of the victims of the helicopter crash in the Prešov airport military zone will receive financial support from the state, as the Government approved the release of €66,000 in total for them at its session on Wednesday. Each family will receive €33,000, which will be released from the General Treasury Administration's chapter. The accident which took place on May 10 in the Prešov airport military zone claimed the lives of two fire-fighters, Radoslav Lacko and Peter Toďor. The Interior Ministry's helicopter crashed during a routine training exercise for rescuers from Prešov's Fire and Rescue District Corps. The cause of the accident is currently being investigated. There were four poeple on board at the time of the tragedy - two pilots from the Interior Ministry's squadron and two members of Prešov's Fire and Rescue District Corps.
