The newly appointed minister of education, Martina Lubyová, has outlined her four main priorities for the reform of the education sector in Slovakia. Firstly, she wants to focus on reforming the national program for development of education and training, Učiace sa Slovensko (Learning in Slovakia). The second priority will be social dialogue and further increases in the salaries of education workers. The third priority will be a revision of calls for Eurofunds for science and research, and the fourth priority is supporting sports programs to ensure that not only students but the general public are able to partake in sports activities.
