Strength of V4 proved

At his arrival at a European Council session in Brussels on Thursday, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico said that the V4 had discussed such issues with European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker on Wednesday on which they hold different views. According to the Slovak Prime Minister, the working dinner gave the leaders scope for long and open talks. "But our attitude - and in this we achieved complete unity yesterday - has remained negative in terms of any [mandatory] quotas," said Fico. The V4 leaders also agreed that the idea of an "integral Muslim community" is "absolutely unacceptable" for them. Robert Fico also praised the strength of the V4. As he said, this has been proved by tendencies to join this group by Austria after its latest general elections.
