PM: Slovak firms should access Central Asian markets

The Slovak government wants to create space for domestic entrepreneurs to penetrate the markets of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, according to Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini, who has been visiting the two countries this week. Innovative Slovak companies working in the energy sector, such as those testing plasma drilling to large depths, could be interested in doing business in the region, in his opinion. The prospects of exporting fossil fuels from Kazakhstan through Slovakia to the energy markets of EU-member states will also be discussed during the visit.
