Slovakia provides humanitarian aid to North Macedonia

Slovak Foreign Affairs Minister and OSCE chair-in-office Miroslav Lajčák during his visit to North Macedonia on Wednesday carried out two humanitarian visits, one to a rehab centre for children and youth and the other to the Slovak embassy, where he handed over two symbolic SlovakAid checks worth €10,000. Speaking at the National Convention in Skopje, Lajčák also pointed out that Slovakia is ready to pass on its experience of EU integration process to North Macedonia. "The European Union is the best alternative for this country, this region and this continent. The EU will not be complete without the countries of the Western Balkans," said Lajčák.
