Parliament on Thursday approved a proposal to double the Christmas bonus for pensioners. It will be paid out this December. The highest amount of the Christmas bonus will be €200. Labour Minister Jan Richter in regards to the financing of a 13th monthly pension stated that the definitive form of the budget had not yet been presented. He stated that he agrees with its gradual introduction.
