After visiting Prague last week, Slovak president Zuzana Čaputová begins her second official foreign visit with an audience with Belgian King Philip in Brussels. After meeting the Belgian monarch, Čaputová is also scheduled for work meetings with European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. As the supreme commander of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic, Čaputová is also visiting NATO headquarters. In the Slovak system it is the head of state that takes part in Alliance summits.
