President in Kia Motors about Brexit

President of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Čaputová visited Žilina county, northern Slovakia, on Thursday. She met the county Governor Erika Jurinová to discuss social affairs and transport infrastructure. The president also visited the Kia Motors Slovakia facility located in this area. According to her, a potential hard Brexit would likely have adverse effects on Slovak automobile production, too. However, Čaputová and the company management broached the recession only to a certain extent. According to company spokesman Jan Žgravčák, Kia Motors is trying to be ready to respond to developments in the political and economic situation in both Europe and the world. "We're coming up with the production of electric models and seeing as we're the only European factory, we hope that this will be our future," said Žgravčák.
