Slovak Korean relations flourish

On Thursday, Parliamentary Chair Andrej Danko met with his Korean counterpart Moon Hee-sang in Bratislava. "Relations between the Korean and Slovak Parliaments are exemplary. It's also our duty (to keep them so) with respect to the interests of Korean investors in Slovakia," claimed Danko. He expressed support for Seoul in its effort to address the prevailing situation on the Korean peninsula and added that Korea is inspiring to Slovakia in many respects. He voiced hope that the two countries might extend their co-operation also to tourism, for instance, and praised the existing Korean investments in Slovakia. Moon Hee-sang pointed out that Bratislava and Seoul have become mutually beneficial partners due to active trade and investments, with good ties shown also by the presence of the Kia car maker in Slovakia.
