The fifth World Holocaust Forum is being held on Thursday and Friday in Jerusalem, the city's largest-ever political gathering as more than 45 heads of state and world leaders, including royals, arrive to remember the Holocaust. Among the heads of state invited by the Israeli president, Reuven Rivlin, is also the Slovak president Zuzana Čaputová. On Thursday Čaputová is attending the commemoration events at the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial and on Friday, she will meet the Israeli president and visit sites in the holy city.
