From northern-Slovak town of Žilina, all the way to the stylish streets of downtown London - that is the journey of o successful Slovak bar owner and bartender Marián Beke. While his father was an expert in wines, Marián specialises in cocktails. Petrana Zemanová spoke to him in his London bar, just as he was preparing one.
