A successful Slovak bar owner in London

Erik Lorincz is a Slovak who is also the owner of a well-known luxury bar in London, which has recently won international recognition. In the course his London bartending career he has unexpectedly come into touch with something of the great historical tradition of the English crown. Petrana Zemanova reports from London.
