Approximately 2,000 employees from Volkswagen Slovakia went on strike early on Tuesday, June 20, 2017. This strike was the first ever of its kind in the history of Volkswagen in Bratislava. Modern Trade Union Volkswagen has asked for a 16 percent salary hike.
