It was a purely voluntary activity. Two librarians decided to put together activities of libraries all across Slovakia to a common document. The table gives a brief recap of institutions and their form of help be it offering premises for relaxing, recharging any kind of electronic devices, free use of the internet, issuing free library passes to those interested and even providing Slovak language courses. Some of them have included books in the Russian alphabet into their book stock. Most of the libraries provide all the information also in Ukrainian language.
