There were protests in several cities on Thursday evening. The aim was to express support for the people on strike alert and to reject the actions of the Ministry of Culture (MoC) leadership. Protest voices were heard from Bratislava, Košice, Nitra, Žilina, Banská Bystrica and other cities. The protests followed the ongoing movement - the Cultural Strike. Thousands of workers in the cultural and creative industries declared a strike emergency on 5 September. So far more than 3,500 people have joined in.
