President Zuzana Caputova has announced that she's cancelling her scheduled agenda and will remain in home quarantine until Friday. It's been discovered that a Presidential Office employee recently came into contact with a COVID-19 positive person. Caputova was originally meant to receive Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen in Pezinok on Wednesday. The two presidents had planned to discuss the coronavirus pandemic as well as the European recovery plan and protecting the environment. Health Minister Marek Krajci stated ahead of the Government session on Wednesday that President Zuzana Caputova is set to be tested for coronavirus on the same day.
