Mass antigen testing could be reviewed from July

The mandatory testing of the public for coronavirus in Slovakia could be reviewed after June according to the Health Ministry's spokesperson Zuzana Eliášová. "Contracts for antigen testing by mobile testing sites are in force until June 30," she said, adding that the testing will be reviewed in line with how the epidemic has evolved by then. Moreover, PCR tests could be used locally, based on the monitoring of sewage water. According to her, sewage shows a higher concentration of the virus even before the onset of symptoms in people.
