As many as 75 percent of Bratislava residents aged 50 and above have now been fully vaccinated, Bratislava mayor Matus Vallo announced on Thursday. "This means that the colour of the city in the COVID-automaton will be reduced by two levels when compared to the colour it would have been according to the incidence (of COVID) and other parameters," stated Vallo. He thanked the inhabitants of the Slovak capital for ensuring in this way that life in Bratislava would be affected by strict hygienic and safety measures as little as possible. Meanwhile, he encouraged Bratislava residents who have not yet been inoculated snot to hesitate and to be vaccinated as early as possible.
