Last week the European Commission released its proposal of the European Union's budget for the period 2021-2027. It is the first budget after Great Britain, a significant contributor to the common coffers, will have left the EU so it aimed at offering a new approach in terms of revenues and spendings. Anca Dragu took a look at what is at stake for Slovakia.
