The World is facing an unprecedented crisis that has already made thousands of people suffer not only because of the COVID-19 disease itself but also due to its economic consequences. Now the situation seems really bad: societies have shut down, borders are closed, unemployment is on the rise and companies are struggling. However, it is quite probable that this crisis will pass eventually, people will return to their normal lives and economies will recover. Naturally, many countries have already started drafting their plans to rebuild their economies. But even when this crisis is over, humanity will still have to handle a much bigger crisis that, it seems, has been pushed away since the coronavirus outbreak. It's the environmental crisis.
