Delays in settling energy bills will not be penalised on a temporary basis due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Economy Ministry told the media on Thursday, adding that neither private individuals nor small or medium-sized firms who are late with these payments due to the current situation will be fined or have their energy supplies cut off.
