22% of Slovaks do not trust the local courts at all and 42% of people are more likely not to trust them, indicates a survey conducted by the Focus agency carried out for the Slovak Supreme Court. On the other hand, 30% of people rather trust the courts and only 4% of respondents expressed complete trust. According to the survey, Slovaks consider corruption to be the biggest problem. The results of the survey were presented by the chair of the Supreme Court Daniela Švecová, who denied manipulating the allocation of cases to particular judges at the institution.
