It is a big problem that MPs did not move the amendment to the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Act to its second reading, interim Prime Minister Eduard Heger said on Thursday. He pointed to the fact that the changes are linked to the recovery plan. The premier therefore called on lawmakers to approach such laws responsibly. According to the rules of procedure, it is possible to resubmit the same proposal half a year after its rejection in Parliament.
