Smer-SD would win the elections in September

The Smer-SD party would win the elections to the National Council of the Slovak Republic in September with 22.8 percent of the vote. Progresívne Slovensko (PS) party would finish second with 22.4 percent of the vote. It would be followed by the Hlas-SD party with 15.1 percent of the vote. This is according to a poll conducted by AKO for Joj 24 television. On the basis of the poll, both Smer-SD and PS would gain 43 seats in parliament. Hlas-SD would have 29 deputies in parliament. The KDH would have 13 deputies in the National Assembly, SaS would gain 12 seats and the Republic party would have ten deputies.
