The head of Slovak diplomacy, Juraj Blanár (Smer-SD), left Brussels on Wednesday for Malta, where he will attend a meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
Blanár started his work programme on Wednesday evening at an informal meeting of the heads of delegations of the participating states and OSCE cooperation partners. The main topics included security challenges in the OSCE area, with an emphasis on the ongoing military conflict in Ukraine. The ministers will also discuss it in the first two plenary sessions on Thursday (5 December).
