Many people know that on November 17th the Velvet revolution took place in Czechoslovakia. Not that many people know that this day is also International Student Day. And again; not too many people know that there is a direct link between the Velvet Revolution and International Student Day. We interviewed Zuzana Mistríková, an organizing student from 1989, and as in 2017 students also came in their thousands to protest in the streets, we also interviewed Dávid Straka, an organizing student from 2017.
