There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man, once said Winston Churchill. The Czech politician and the first President of Czechoslovakia Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk appreciated horses and the peaceful atmosphere of the small Slovak town of Topoľčianky. The Renaissance castle in Topoľčianky is definitely one of the main attractions for visitors. Even nowadays you can still smell in the air a piece of Czechoslovak history here.
