With over 150 thousand migrants having crossed the Slovak-Ukrainian border since the beginning of the conflict two weeks ago, Slovaks have proved their humanity with all different kinds of help. Collecting goods necessary for people waiting in the freezing cold, providing them with accommodation and food, and running concerts to fundraise material help for organisations running support activities, are the most visible aspects of the aid. Nevertheless, there are other professions that are somehow overshadowed, yet equally important.
