"Best cancellation ever"

Jennifer and her husband booked an apartment in the centre of Bratislava for their travels. The place became unavailable when war refugees from Ukraine started arriving in Slovakia by the thousands. The owner of the apartment, Lea, politely asked them if they could cancel the reservation, as she was about to move Ukrainian refugees into the apartment. In a viral post on social media, Jennifer called the incident "the best cancellation ever". We have reached out to both Jennifer and Lea, who agree that everyone can do at least something to help people that need it most.
