We speak with Prof. Mark Hillery of the City University of New York, who received the International Prize in Bratislava last week from the Slovak Academy of Sciences. The Prize was given to him for his collaboration with members of the Academy’s Institute of Physics in the field of Quantum Informatics. We also speak with Oliver Scott, a journalism student at the University of Southern California who travelled to Bratislava in August to attend Comenius University's 3-week Summer School of Slovak Language and Culture.
