The south eastern Slovak chateaux of Betliar is one of the few that was left untouched by the communist regime and serves now as the museum of perfectly preserved noblemen culture. The latest offspring of the nobleman family of the count Andrassy, his daugther Ilona, was born exactly a hundred years ago.
