The retrospective exhibition of works by the late artist Michal Moravčík will open in two galleries. On Friday, December 14, the Central Slovak Gallery in Banska Bystrica launches the UNITED WE STAND part of its in memoriam project in this central Slovak town. The second part of the project presenting the work of this significant representative of the middle-aged generation of artists is entitled DIVIDED WE FALL and will start on Friday next week, i.e. 21st December in the New Synagogue centre in Žilina, northern Slovakia. The title is taken from Moravčík's work from 2005 entitled By Uniting We Stand, By Dividing We Fall. The current "one-in-two" project has been prepared by the artist's close friends, alsoartists Dalibor Bača, František Demeter, Tomáš Džadoň, Jana Kapelová, Svätopluk Mikyta, Lucia Nimcová and Martin Piaček.
