Slovak soprano comes 2nd in competition of 400

Slovak opera singer Slávka Zámečníková has come 2^nd in the Stanisław Moniuszko Vocal competition, the largest international singing contest in Poland. The 10^th annual of this event featured 400 competitors, 86 of whom were selected in three rounds. The Slovak soprano also came second in the prestigious German competition Bundeswettbewerb Gesang Berlin in 2018. In Poland in May this year, she was joined on the podium by Chinese tenor Long Long ranking third and the winner, Russian soprano Maria Motolygina.
