The year 2024 started in grand style for Slovak cinematography. One of the recently awarded EMMY Awards was granted to Slovak born designer David Stumpf, an alumnus of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. He was part of the team that stood behind the Ms Marvel series that was recognized for its Outstanding Motion Design by members of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in the USA. What is special about their EMMY prize is the fact that experts vote only within their own discipline.
