Slovakia keeps on strengthening co-operation with the USA regarding the exchange of information dealing with taxes. The Finance Ministry informed that representatives of both countries had signed a bilateral agreement on the automatic exchange of information regarding multinational enterprises. The Financial Administration will thus be able to gain a full idea of what part of their income flows into shell companies.
