Prime Minister Robert Fico travelled to Strasbourg Wednesday morning to meet Council of Europe representatives, representatives of the GRECO group of countries and the European Court of Human Rights. The topic of their joint negotiations will be the anti-corruption measures which Slovakia recently introduced and specific government activities in this area. The Group of States Against Corruption (GRECO) was established in 1999 to monitor the compliance of counter-corruption activities of individual countries with Council of Europe standards.
