Slovakia represented at meeting of foreign ministers in Asia

The Slovak Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs Ivan Korčok led the delegation of the Slovak Republic to the 13th Foreign and Asian Foreign Ministers Meeting in the capital of Myanmar, Naypyidaw. The key focus of the meeting was the strengthening of partnerships working towards peace and sustainable development. "Development, security and peace cannot be separated. Only through linking these areas can we hope for transformation. We need to strengthen society in developing countries and focus on solving the causes of humanitarian crises, which is why Slovakia attaches great importance to targeted development aid," said Korčok.
