Defence Minister Peter Gajdoš is representing Slovakia at the meeting of NATO member countries in Brussels. As he declared on Wednesday, Slovakia will allocate 1,6% of GDP to defence until 2020, then increasing it up to 2% by the target year of 2024. Gajdoš also confirmed that no political party doubted the country's budgetary commitments for defence purposes and modernisation projects.
