The football team AS Trenčín drew 1:1 with the famous Dutch club Feyenoord in the 3rd qualifying round of the UEFA European league on Thursday. Despite the draw, it is the Slovak team which will advance to the next round as it beat the Dutch 4:0 last week in Žilina. The second Slovak participant in the European league, Slovan Bratislava, failed in securing its position as it lost with Rapid Vienna 0:4 and even last week's victory 2:1 did not help it to advance.
