The first Slovak was found guilty of terrorism in the name of Allah. Dominik Kolbunicky was sentenced to 6,5 years in prison for public endangerment and promoting terrorism on Friday in Prague. The Slovak Islamist is also to be deported from the Czech Republic to Slovakia. He may appeal against the verdict. Kolbunicky was detained in December 2017 in a rented flat in Prague under suspicion of preparing a terrorist attack. The proof was apparently his military outfit, alarming videos with notes in Arabic which he recorded and also 4 kilograms of pyrotechnic substances stored under his bed.
