Slovaks in the UK should register before Brexit

Due to the departure of Great Britain from the EU, Slovaks living in the UK should register using the form on the UK's government website, reported the Slovak Foreign Ministry. Moreover, the Ministry has send informative text messages to Slovaks in Britain with a functioning cell phone. "Operators have sent texts to 15.626 phone numbers. However, this cannot be the exact number of Slovaks in the UK," reported the Slovak Foreign Ministry. Registration guarantees people the right to remain in the UK even after Brexit, while keeping EU citizen rights. Based on recent developments, the UK will apparently leave the EU on January 31.
