Lack of labour force should be discussed

Employers are preparing for a worker shortfall. There will not be as many people of working age as there will be retirements. Our labour market must therefore -according to the Profesia portal- adapt and include mothers on maternity leave, the disabled and people from excluded communities. The way to success is also to take into account the requirements of the younger generation.
