While the neighbouring Austrian capital Vienna, located only 60 km from Bratislava, has for years found itself placed among the top international rankings for quality of life, in 2016 Bratislava ended up in 82ndBratislava mayor Ivo Nesrovnal wants to move up the rankings step by step. In 2017, the capital of Slovakia should get better roads and cleaner public spaces.
