Verejná Bezpečnosť returns as a taxi service

For older Slovaks, seeing a white and yellow car with the letters VB painted on the side can make the heart skip a beat. The VB stood for Verejná Bezpečnosť, meaning Public Security, during the days of Communism in Czechoslovakia. So what if you took a fleet of modern cars, wrapped them in the exact same colour scheme as the Communist Verejná bezpečnosť - right down to the big VB emblazoned on the doors - then offered them as a taxi service? Gavin Shoebridge discovers this is exactly what one Bratislava based taxi firm has done.
